This Privacy Policy explains how AdBuffer (adbuffer.nbh.ma) collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when users interact with the platform.
Account information: Full name and email address are required to create an account. No phone number or address is collected.
Video content: Videos uploaded for submission are stored temporarily on the server until they are published or rejected by the admin. Videos are permanently deleted after the moderation decision.
Usage data: Submission history, platform connection status, and session data are stored to operate the platform.
A 6-digit verification code is sent to the registered email address upon account creation. The code expires after 15 minutes and is deleted immediately after use. AdBuffer does not store verification codes after they are consumed.
Collected information is used exclusively to:
— Authenticate accounts and maintain login sessions
— Review and publish submitted videos to social media platforms
— Track submission history and moderation status
— Send account-related emails (verification codes only)
No data is sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for advertising purposes.
Submitted videos are stored securely on the server pending admin review. Videos are not published publicly until approved. Rejected videos are deleted from the server immediately upon rejection. Approved videos are uploaded to the selected social media platforms and then deleted from the server. AdBuffer does not retain copies of published videos.
Platform authentication tokens (YouTube, TikTok) are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being stored on the server. Facebook and Instagram tokens are stored in environment configuration. No social media passwords are ever stored.
Account information is retained for as long as the account remains active. Pending videos are stored until a moderation decision is made. Account deletion requests are processed by the admin and result in permanent removal of all associated data.
Account deletion can be requested from the Settings page. Upon processing, the account, all pending submissions, and all associated data are permanently deleted. Content already published on social media platforms is not affected by account deletion and must be removed directly through those platforms.
Security measures include AES-256-GCM token encryption, SHA-256 password hashing, CAPTCHA verification on login and registration forms, and HTTPS connections enforced via Cloudflare. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
AdBuffer uses session cookies to maintain login state. These cookies are essential for the platform to function, expire after 24 hours, and do not track activity across other websites.
The following third-party services are used in the operation of AdBuffer:
— Anthropic Claude API (AI caption generation)
— hCaptcha (spam and bot protection)
— Gmail SMTP (email delivery)
— YouTube Data API, Meta Graph API, TikTok Content Posting API (video publishing)
Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies.
