Creating an account on AdBuffer constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. Users who do not agree must not use the platform.
AdBuffer is a community video submission platform for Moroccan content creators. Registered users submit dashcam video content for admin review. Approved content is published to social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Submission does not guarantee publication.
A valid email address and email verification are required to create an account. Users must be at least 13 years of age. Each person may hold only one account. Account credentials must not be shared with other individuals.
By submitting a video, the user confirms that:
— The video is owned by the submitter or the submitter holds the right to submit it
— The video does not contain illegal content, graphic violence, nudity, or hate speech
— The video does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
— The video is dashcam or road-related content appropriate for public audiences
— No individuals' personal information is exposed without their consent
All submitted videos are reviewed by an admin before publication. AdBuffer reserves the right to reject any submission at any time without providing an explanation. Rejected videos are permanently deleted from the server. The moderation decision is final.
By submitting a video, the submitter grants AdBuffer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish the video on selected social media platforms. The submitter retains full ownership of the content. AdBuffer does not claim any ownership over submitted videos.
The following are strictly prohibited:
— Submitting content that violates any applicable law or regulation
— Submitting spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
— Attempting to bypass the moderation system
— Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
— Using the platform for any purpose other than dashcam content submission
Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice. Users may request account deletion at any time from the Settings page. Deletion removes the account and all pending submissions permanently.
Once content is published to a social media platform, it is subject to that platform's own terms of service. AdBuffer is not responsible for content removal or restrictions imposed by YouTube, Meta, or TikTok. Removal of published content from those platforms must be handled directly through each platform.
AdBuffer is provided on an "as is" basis. Continuous availability is not guaranteed. AdBuffer is not liable for any loss of content, data, or social media reach resulting from technical issues, downtime, or platform changes.
AdBuffer and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or reduced social media performance.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from use of the platform are subject to Moroccan jurisdiction.
